Scientist are current are seeking to how to use Weather modification methods, such as cloud seeding, to bring much need rain to areas in the world that most need it.

Weather modification methods or capable of reducing the amount of hail a cloud produces. This form of weather modification is called "Hail Suppression".

For the last few decades scientist have been experiment with ways to prevent or weaken the storms, such as lightning storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

Some fear that in that certain modification attempt to improve weather conditions, might actually produce bad weather or a storm.

Because many weather modification methods, mainly cloud seeding, involve the process of spraying chemicals into the clouds, there are fear that these chemicals could build up to unsafe levels and eventually cause adverse health effects to the public.

The United Nations has banned countries from using weather modification as a weapon. But many that governments are developing Weather Weapon Modification programs with the intent to produce and aim storms and environmental disasters as a form of attack on other countries.

Another fear is that government could use such weather control to oppress or destroy communities that they consider undesirable.

Weather Control methods such as cloud seeding come with big price tags. When modification produces desired results, it's well worth the investment. But whenever it fails it's considered a big waste of money.
